1. We reserve the right to withdraw any promotional gift
item, discount or any other form of incentives without
notice

refund our customers their money back after purchase or
delivering of project, if they are not satisfied with
our services.

that you will see links or logo in our website.
Therefore, we should not be held responsible if they
fail in any of their services.
4. We reserve the not to attend to your complains, if
you make them within 30 days of purchase of our
products.
5. Normally, we deliver projects within the given
time we agreed with our clients before the start of the
project. Though, we must admit the fact that some set
backs might hold us back from doing so. So, when you
gave us project to do, we assume that you accept the
fact that we might not deliver on the agreed date or
day.
6. We reserve the right to cancel any ongoing project
at anytime and refund our client 100% of any money, they
paid us. But if our client cancels the project, we will
pay them back only 90 of the money they paid us and also
any money that we have spend in doing the project will
be deducted from the balance, then we will pay them
whatever remains.
7. We accept only E-gold, Moneybookers, Sfipay and
credit cards as our method of payment.
8. It is our right to determine whether our after
service maintenance or upgrades will be free of charge.
Though, we always offer those service free of charge
depending on the amount of upgrade or maintenance
required.
9. You only have the right to print out a copy and
only a copy of each of our e-books after purchase for
easy access when you want to read them.
10. You don't have the right to reproduce any of our
e-books or products in any form. You only have the right
to reproduce a single copy for archival or back-up
purposes.
11. You have no right to network our e-books or
products except free ones where others or unauthorized
person's will have access to them.
12. You have not right as a buyer of our products to
distribute it and our products are limited to one
computer at a time.
13. No body except us has the right to re-edit,
reverse engineer, translate or create a derivate works
from our products. To so you must permission from us.
14. We should not be held responsible for any damage
or damages that arises from the use of our products.
15. We have the right to alter any of this terms and
conditions without any notice to our customers or
clients.
